Towing

This company towed my legally parked car at the request of the city. You read that right, legally parked and paid parking. I presented them photographic evidence and kindly asked for an apology via email. The response I received did not contain a simple apology, but instead blamed the city. “We have a contract with the city”. I feel like if this company took .5 seconds to read the big green sign I would not have had to walk a couple miles to their yard, spend over 200 dollars to get my car back and been treated so poorly by some scandalous company with a record of shady behavior. It is my recommendation to anyone towed, for any reason by Sergeants to report it and fight it, regardless of if the tow was legal or not. This should help the company get rid of that city contract that is obviously holding them down. I would love to see Sergeants be able to really spread their wings and not be bogged down with things like reading comprehension.

Broke down at 0630. Called Eagle Eye and he was there in 20 minutes. Very friendly and obviously knew what he was doing because he had me hooked on and underway in 10 minutes, maybe less. He recommended a garage with a great reputation that was nearby. Awesome experience.

I can't even begin to explain the service I have received. By far the best company I have ever dealt with. You guys deserve 10 stars, not just 5!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

I have to say the speed with which Tim solved my Computer problems boggled my mind . Being a senior I find computers to some degree confusing and frustrating. Knowing this Tim made a YouTube video especially for me to watch knowing I would probably get stuck on the same problem in the future . Personally I think that’s above and beyond and I would recommend him without hesitation.

my fuel pump went out on Spooner pass called they came right away...Then came and re-towed my truck to the auto shop...I can not express enough how polite and courteous the driver was..THANK YOU! Amy Hill

The trucks are left extremely filthy. One we rented had large amounts dirt and branches left in the cube. More importantly I witness the Marijuana grow op that is next to my house use these trucks for transportation of Marijuana. This grow op got one of trucks stuck when they drove into their septic system. And had to be towed out of a large hole. Be for the tow truck was called the u Haul truck was drove very hard for a prolonged period of time. We think the truck was damaged and will likely be someone else's problem down the road. When we called the office the management was indifferent. This is not a reputable business.

If you are looking for pretty much ANY Truck Accessories or needing truck accessories installed... this is the place here on the Sunshine Coast. Randy can get your parts, get them installed and do it for the same prices as the bigger shops on the Vancouver Mainland. Why take a ferry when you can get them here. Courteous, helpful and saving you a ferry trip. Can't beat that.

Had a great experience! Our car died and thought, being a holiday, we would wait for ages. They were kind and helpful at dispatch when we called and our driver, Corey, arrived 10 minutes later! He was friendly, knowledgeable and parked it exactly where we asked. Thanks very much for being awesome!
