Towing

Starter went on car, wouldn't start. I was stuck in the grocery store parking lot. I called Patrick, he was on it right away and had Len come out with the truck. Len was really good about how he loaded the car. He had it over at my mechanic in less than 20 minutes. This is the only tow service I use in the PQB area. Hopefully I don't have to call Patrick anymore..(no more car trouble)....lol But if I do....he will get my business. I also found the rates very reasonable and affordable. Didn't feel they were trying to take me for a ride. Thank you Patrick, and thank you Len! :)

Awesome fish and chips. Great service. Great patio with an excellent view and ample parking. Their indoors is nice and cosy too. The servers are friendly and courteous. Prices are fair. Okayish coffee but I might be the only person that orders coffee at a pub so I won’t complain about that.

Every time I go here I’m blown away from my experience. Amazing friendly staff and very knowledgeable mechanics. Flexible and considerate of your time .Will definitely be going back !

I had a flat tire between Comox & Nanaimo & was alone with my 3 year old. Tyler showed up in about 15 min & was amazing! He went above & beyond to help me get my car to a repair place even though everything was closed & to get my little one & I home safe. It was a bit of a complicated situation & a hard repair. He thought outside the box to find solutions & went above & beyond to help us & make us feel safe. I would highly recommend him!!

The young man that came to our rescue when we got a flat tire was delightful. He showed up with his tow truck, put us on it and took us to his business where he showed us some new/used tires with the price then he gave us a price on a new one. He was so reasonable on all used or new that we decided to buy a new set from him. The new tires are not on site and they had to be delivered but that was fine. You can tell this young man is trying to make a living for his family. The business is on acreage, very quite and peaceful. Before we new it he was finished and we were on our way.

Phenomenal service! From start to finish A+ was professional, fast, and polite. The dispatcher Dia and truck driver Chris (CK) helped me in my time of need. I had both of my service trucks go down at the same time, one being a tire blow out. I had multiple situations I was trying to juggle. I had to put Dia on hold several times. She never hung up, nor showed any sense of frustration over the phone. She was able to get CK over to my truck much sooner than expected. From there CK got my truck and employee to a repair shop very quickly. He was also easy to talk to, even noticing something that would also need repaired on my truck. Lastly, the price was more than fair. This company deserves the title 'A+' Highly recommend!
