I came across Mid Island Towing as the result of a car impound.I needed to get into the car to retreive some medication.The request was unusual and it would have been easy to dismiss.However the gentleman in charge ,Norman,was extremely helpful and went well byond the call of duty to help me.I was very impressed

I locked my keys in my running vehicle and they were here within 5 minutes to save me. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

Reserved a Trailer online, Had to move across the country. They took the reservation then gave my trailer away. I had to drive all the way to victoria to get another trailer. Called them twice to ask for a discount as due to them i had to spend more money on gas to drive far to get the other trailer they hung up on me twice. I would recommend calling United rentals or someone else customer service is non existent with uhaul.

Recently I had a bad accident on the hwy. I called BC Towing and they were onsite 20 minutes later. ODOT offered to put up signs while they retrieved my car but the BC driver asked them not to because it would slow other drivers unecessarily. They were fast, courteous and very professional. It was not an easy tow. I will call BC Towing the next time I need help!

Top notch professional service and not just in Nanoose. They've hauled everything for us to ans from all areas. from Farm equipment, busses, seacans to fish conveyors and small - medium sized forklifts, large parts pickup etc. Very reasonable and compeditive rates

Starter went on car, wouldn't start. I was stuck in the grocery store parking lot. I called Patrick, he was on it right away and had Len come out with the truck. Len was really good about how he loaded the car. He had it over at my mechanic in less than 20 minutes. This is the only tow service I use in the PQB area. Hopefully I don't have to call Patrick anymore..(no more car trouble)....lol But if I do....he will get my business. I also found the rates very reasonable and affordable. Didn't feel they were trying to take me for a ride. Thank you Patrick, and thank you Len! :)
