Towing

By far the best towing service I’ve ever received. I was stuck in a horrible snow drift for 2 hours on a range road outside of Fort Mcleod.. the police were contacted 4 times as I was without heat and the tow truck they sent for me was stuck behind a 10 foot snowdrift and they didn’t bother to tell me. Meanwhile, the owner was in contact with me the entire time giving me updates on his location, which was extremely comforting to know help was on the way. May I add he had been going to and from pincher creek all day helping with vehicles in the ditch and then got to me at 2 am. The other tow truck that the rcmp had called ended up turning around and going home once he saw this one “you can deal with it he said”. This guy is a true hero to me.. he made it out before any other emergency service did and he was coming from pincher creek. I’m so thankful people like this still exist!

Good prices

Got me in when they were busy. Fixed me up with a 24.5 at a fair price and back on the road in no time. Friendly service

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

Excellent products, buying process and very personalized service. Cheryl, Kurt and Sherry were great to deal with. Dealership as a whole went above and beyond to answer any questions .

Bought our RV from Carstairs RV best place ever! Fantastic deal love the service they give you the best experience shopping for a RV and are well knowledged in RVs for what suits you best at a reasonable cost!

I used Jacks to repair damage on my car. They did a great job and cleaned up the inside of my car as well. Highly recommended!

I have had APL tow my car twice in the last 2 years. My car is low to the ground and is not an easy vehicle to tow and needs to be on a flat deck. On both occasions the driver was very knowledgable and took a great deal of care in loading and unloading my car without damage. Thanks for a consistently great job guys!

Nice guy good honest work

Transmission went out in my car brought it in for service, I realize I did not buy the car there however we will be looking for a second car in the near future; I will not buy from here you make more on a repair than a purchase so why not give someone a loaner car. Treat all customers with decency and they just might become future customers. I will not!

Leo was great to deal with and took care of us like family! The rest of the staff were amazing as well. From start to finish they dealt smoothly and effectively with all bumps during our buying process. Left there feeling like we had been part of the family for a long time. Completely satisfied with Sun City and strongly recommend the any vehicle need.

Excellent Workmanship and Customer Service, Went above and beyond!

Bought a used car and received excellent service. Randy was great! He wasn't pushy like most car salesmen but gave us room to explore our options. Definitely recommend to others!
