Towing

Heads up to one of your drivers today, young lady had locked her keys in her car. He happened to be driving by, stopped and helped her out . Kudos to him.

Quick service, cash for my junk car. Happy to call Dirty Bird scrap car removal again in the future!

said 45 min and waited 2 hours. Very frustrating. At least I could cancel and call other towing company.

Unpleasant lady answering the phone asked me several times for the lot code. Could not memorise 3 digit code so I have to repet 4 times, Then she put me on Hold for 3 minutes. After reconnectiing she asked me again: What was your lot code again? They should hire someone capable of doing basic tasks.... Bojan Krtinic

Amazing service. Wasn’t sure if it was the battery or alternator that went on my van. They made sure it was the alternator so I didn’t put an unnecessary tow on my BCAA. Definitely went above and beyond. Polite and friendly.

Great service

Scott helped us out when we were in a pinch. He was available to come by within the hour, and he knew exactly what he was doing and how to tow our Outback to the shop.

They really look after you excellent service friendly staff good prices!

Called at 1130 pm after breaking down on the highway. Dispatch said a driver would be there in 30 minutes. Ten minutes later I received a call from dispatch claiming that they were “unable to travel 20km outside of town as they were expecting a busy night and couldn’t leave the Vernon City Limits”. A feable excuse for not wanting the buisness. Would suggest calling any other towing company prior to Vernon Towing.

Len, Pete and their staff were great and informed me of everything that was happening with my car !

Excellent!! Was stranded on Crystal waters road about a month ago and when Mike ( name?) came by with the flat deck we quickly loaded it up. Mike was professional, courteous and a person you could have a conversation with. Thinking it was going to be a relatively huge bill getting towed to Vernon it was actually reasonable. Definitely will be my first call when needed again. Recommended.

Will return to this place when I'm in need of any parts for any vehicle .First class service and honesty is hard to find these days and Westside Used Auto Parts covers all those bases . A- 1.
