Towing

Came in 10 minutes!!

My experience at Vernon Nissan was great!! My Sales Associate, Rick, was very accomodating and knowledgeable, he made the purchase easy!! Matthew in service is always willing to answer my (silly) questions. Candice in financing was absolutley delightful to work with. I LOVE my 2018 Qashqai, I am so happy with this vehicle! I commute from Lumby to Kelowna everyday, it's safe, fuel efficient, and FUN! Best decision is to go to Vernon Nissan - Happy Customers!

Stopped in on a Sat. to do an out of Province registration of my brand new horse trailer which I had just bought and transported from Alberta. They said they could not do it ... "only two staff do them as they are too complicated and take too much time" ..... They were very negative and curt. Went down the street to Capri and was done within half an hour. I had all my documentation with me and if Vernon BCAA had asked a few questions, I would have been able to tell them that the Chilliwack BCAA could have supported them through the process. As for the time factor, I was there when they opened and was the only customer in the building. I've been a member since 1975 and conscientiously visited my local Chilliwack BCAA to make sure I had everything in order before I made the trip to get my trailer.

Thank you Dean Hutter for your wonderful help in helping us purchase a new vehicle. In a short amount of time we were able to test drive and get your expert knowledge on a vehicle that best suited our family. An overall great experience... Elaine Bale

Super friendly, we were so happy to see these trailers.

Poor customer service, they first tried to charge me 436$ for oil change and alignment, when protested, they change it to 313$. I realized, they do not know, what they are doing. Thanks God. I came back, without giving them business. Please think twice before going there.

Quality professional service and repairs much less costly than Kamloops shops. I always get great service and trustworthy repairs .

This shop claims to be ICBC affiliated, however they are red flagged on ICBC system. They are a scam. Refused to send pictures of work,an ICBC requirement and inflated the price of parts by a thousand dollars on the work order (receipts and quotes to back this statement up) We broke down and had no other option but to use this company, STAY FAR AWAY if possible they rip hard working customers off.

The driver was polite and helpful, everyone I talked to was professional and informative. Towing picked up my car in a very timely manner, they’re a great service

The go-karts were so awesome!

Great guys - super fast service, and total price came in under what was quoted.

Guy at the front desk was an absolute champ. So caring and considerate of us (who weren't even customers yet) and his co-workers and the business needs. (We were in Tuesday the 19th)
