Me and my girl were following google maps to which lead us down a dirt road and CJ Rickers came and bailed us out with a tractor at 10pm. Thank you so much. You are amazing people. The other company I called first told me no immediately but did say you would do it

$1300 to have a car pulled out of the snowy shoulder of the 400, and to travel 8.9 km over about 2 hours. Was told I was legally obligated to accept their service while I was waiting for CAA. Was also assured CAA would reimburse me.

Super friendly guy with a good sense of humor arrived to help. They were AWESOME from start to finish! Thanks for saving our beach day!

This was my first time having my car towed and active towing made it an incredibly painless experience! They showed up very quick and the driver was nothing but nice and professional. He actually spent more time trying to start my car then it actually took him to hook it up. It really shows the customer service side of active towing by the fact they would forgo the actual tow and try and get your car running again! Also as this was my first tow I have no idea what to expect price wise as it was being taking all the way across town but it was so much more reasonable then I imagined! Thanks again for the great customer service and will be reccomending for sure!
