Towing

What a complete gong show operation. Called a day before picking up vehicle to ensure someone at site. Spoke with owner John as well as receptionist in Revelstoke. They said they would arrange for tow truck driver to be at site if he didn’t have a tow. Unfortunately this is not at all how they do business. They lied that morning and said he was out on a tow at 845 am the day of pick up. Funny 😄 the driver was having coffee with his buddy. The tow truck driver in Sicamous was phenomenal and looked after getting us out and on the road professionally BUT the owner/operator staff do not know anything about client service. SHAME. I called owner to discuss and he hung up on me 🙃. Good thing they don’t have any competition or they wouldn’t be in business. Told they didn’t open till 9 am. Clearly need to change the hours on their fence or update - as it clearly shows 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. SHAME

Great towing outfit, very professional, very helpful and great team of employees

Hubie is hands down one of the nicest people I’ve met. He genuinely cares about doing things right and goes above and beyond for people. Thanks for saving the day, Hubie! Again!

I called them to have my car towed & looked at. They asked me a lot of relevant questions that showed that they actually cared about my situation, and they gave the honest assesment that they would not be the best shop to look at my car (I have a Prius that appears to have electrical problems), and offered me advice on how to figure out which shop would be best for my problem. Very helpful!

I can't even begin to explain the service I have received. By far the best company I have ever dealt with. You guys deserve 10 stars, not just 5!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

Broke down at 0630. Called Eagle Eye and he was there in 20 minutes. Very friendly and obviously knew what he was doing because he had me hooked on and underway in 10 minutes, maybe less. He recommended a garage with a great reputation that was nearby. Awesome experience.

I can't thank Brian at Totem Towing enough for all the help we received a few weeks ago. The alternator decided to die on our van on a dirt road leading to Sombrio beach, in the middle of nowhere on Vancouver Island. With no cell service for miles, i had to leave my partner for an hrs drive with others to the nearest gas station and call BCAA. Brian called me at the gas station and informed me of a long wait ahead due to my location, but was very comforting and reassuring that he was coming, that he knew exactly where i was and that help was on the way. Even tho i had a few hrs wait, i felt comforted in knowing he was concerned for my safety and he was coming as fast as he could. Brian arrived earlier than anticipated and got the van on the truck without a hitch. Even on the awkward dirt road the van died on. He then drove us all the way to Victoria to the dealer we needed and then offered to take us right to a hotel after, as it was after midnight at this point. Brian was great company and so kind to us during this crappy experience. We had never been to the island before, so he also acted as a bit of a tour guide as well. Almost 2 hrs went by and it felt like 10 mins talking to an old pal. I had to write this to both say how awesome Totem Towing was, but to Thank Brian for how friendly, professional and helpful he was to us while we were stuck. Thanks again! Give the man a raise ,Totem Towing! You have a star player! You rule Brian. Take care! Sincerely, Tim and Tasha -the stranded punks at the beach.

Great service and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!

They will tow your vehicle, impound it. not phone you and sell your car when it’s there for “too long” biggest scammers in town they are so bad they try to advertise under another company name for towing apparently they are racist towards asians and prejudice against the LGBT community

Had a great experience! Our car died and thought, being a holiday, we would wait for ages. They were kind and helpful at dispatch when we called and our driver, Corey, arrived 10 minutes later! He was friendly, knowledgeable and parked it exactly where we asked. Thanks very much for being awesome!
