Towing

Had a great experience! Our car died and thought, being a holiday, we would wait for ages. They were kind and helpful at dispatch when we called and our driver, Corey, arrived 10 minutes later! He was friendly, knowledgeable and parked it exactly where we asked. Thanks very much for being awesome!

Don and John got me put of a sticky situation yesterday, we're very fast to arrive and made getting back on the road a snap. In a pinch these guys made my life so much less stressful than It could have been. appreciate the help! no issue at all like the other one star reviewers...

Great big thanks and a shout out to Mike for getting my truck and I home when we broke down on the Malahat on August 6th.

Made the call, got a quote, car was picked up within 2 hours! Jeff and Trevor were courteous and professional. The Best!

Clear communication, very quick pick up . Courteous service. Highly recommend this business .

Seaspan at Vic Ship grading dock. This facility repairs and services several vessels a year. Tankers to Passenger vessels to military, the dock and the cranes are busy most of the year. The people who manage and work onboard the visiting vessels, take pride and have integrity on their work ethic. This yard has a reputation for providing excellent service in a timely manner.

Very competent and supportive, easy going! Affordable service. I really can recommend this company. Thank you again. Nicole B.

Travelling from Nanaimo to Alberta, a brake problem prevented us continuing. We brought our truck to a stop in New West. We arranged a repair at Dawson’s and they sent Mundie’s to fetch us. Randy the operator was brilliant, hooked us up and got us where we needed to be, super competent and professional. Totally satisfied with the service.

I would give it -5 stars if possible. What a JOKE company! I am a homeowner at a condo tower downtown New West and our strata parking lot has the contract with them for vehicle removals, meaning we have to use this joker company. Someone was kind enough to park in my secure stall (I was only gone for less than an hour and this happened). Like any Condo building if you park in another residents spot you get towed. I called this in after having to involved a strata member (they would not deal with me directly) at 10AM. I was told it would be a couple of hours, which I thought was a bit on the longer side. It is now after 5PM and the vehicle is still in my spot. I have called back numerous times to follow up and I am told a few more hours every time. Its been 7 hours now and they have not ETA and might not be able to do it today. The dispatch lady said i could always call the police. I said "they will just tell me to call you", her snarky reply "exactly, there is nothing you can do about it" - I hung up at this point. Thanks! My car has been parked in our visitor parking all day. I tow shouldn't take an entire day to facilitate, I don't care how busy you are. F- for this company. DO NOT USE!

Great service, good deal, saved me money. I will definitely use them again
