Towing

The service with this company was amazing. Unfortunately my car was towed and as expected I was very frustrated with the situation. Harry was amazingly kind and only charged my for one day as was stuck at work and couldn't retrieve my car until the next day. He even stayed late so I could pick up my car. He made a crappy situation so much better with his kindness . Thank you Harry !

Great guys

Quick response and when the staff got here they did everything like professionals. I felt safe and the pricing was soo much better than the the towing company the city sent. ( They also have a really nice truck.)

My car got damaged after going through a really bad pothole at 9pm, and nabil came in the time frame that was communicated. Pricing is great and he was very gentle with the car. My car is low and he took great care to make sure the car doesn’t scrape. I used them again to tow the car from the dealer to my house into my garage which is on a steep ramp but the flat bed truck they use is very versatile. Easily, we were able to put the car in the garage. BEST TOWING SERVICE in lower mainland!!!!!! Thank you Nabil!!!!

This company is a scam. They will charge you for the heaviest/biggest truck/load they "have", but actually they only own a small truck that according to their website should be worth $500. They used to be named Junkman services and I submitted a complaint against them with the BBB.

Francis is a very good man. You cannot find anyone that will help you like he did in this kind of business. All the other towing charge an arm and a lef where this please is absolutely affordable. He will help you in anyway he can to get your car to where you need it to be. I would 100% recommend him to all my family and friends!! It is a great pleasure meeting you Francis!!! My husband absolutely adores you and thanks you for bringing him home!

Shout out to the tow truck driver who made a stressful situation less terrible. He was so patient and fun with the four kids who were with me when my keys were locked in my car. Dare I say he made Mom’s mistake the highlight of their day!

On Easter Monday I was stuck and Felix came and saved the day. Affordable, warm and friendly, and quick. Thank you very much!!

Same company as “Rusty’s Towing” and same guy answers calls. Do NOT bother! They are awful and offer 0 customer service and don’t actually tow any vehicles. No idea why they’re operational. Avoid like the plague.

2017 August 29, Book a towing at 9:30 never show up. Called to say will be there at 12:30 never show up...then called at 2:00 to say "I'm gonna need help from other guys" !!!!???? customer service BIG '0" not reliable...don't loose time with those people. Probably wrote good review them self. No Star for you... coz you just SUCK!!!!

Guy called at dinner time (couple times) to harass and threaten me to pay over the phone "right now" or it would "Get real expensive" 10/10 lol would use again if nothing else existed

Refused to give me the company’s number so I can file a complaint. No customer service or any good demeanour from them except blatant rudeness. Basically gave me no information besides the fact that if I want my car back I have to go in and pay at this specific location. When I get there there is literally no parking, you have to illegally park outside on the road while you walk inside to actually get your car and pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, just another company trying to take away your money!!
