Towing

My wife brought our Jeep in to get a "Service 4WD" fault troubleshoot. This particular dealership responded by quoting $120 to troubleshoot and then an additional $1100 worth of work that was unneeded (brake rotors, pads, and transfer case parts that were not broken). I came for the followup and paid for the troubleshooting cost (fine) but after looking at their proposed recommendation walked away. I found out later that there is a technical service bulletin by Jeep that includes a $50 ECM flash to fix this particular problem, far from Fernie Chrysler's $1,100 "fix". In my opinion this dealership demonstrated unscrupulous behavior, and showed their management's true predatory business practices. Please watch out for these guys.

Friendly and helpful. We were just passing through fernie and blew a tire with no jack. We hobbled our way here and they got ya in right away, quickly changed it over. Fast efficient and friendly. Great service.

Prompt at getting back to me. Put in the extra effort to help.

My gorgeous bf bought his first ever car and then surprised me by giving it to me!! Thanks for the beat service for a newbie car purchaser and making him feel confident and proud ❤️ It was a great day❤️

Niko and his team are top notch.

On a recent road trip thru BC, my truck was misfiring constantly under load. I had taken it to a local mechanic who worked on it for 5 hours and couldnt diagnose this issue. Bud in the service department squeezed us in, even after we showed up early. Fixed the issue before the time we were even supposed to have arrived at the dealership. We were on our way again no time. After another 2000km truck is running smooth still. Thanks Bud!

Very helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere the girls working were very patient with us while we sorted out a few kinks on our end of things and once we got it all figured out they had us out the door and on the road in no time! Appreciate you’re guys help getting us to our new home!

Der beste Abschleppen an der Coast für immer

I was on my way to langdale ferry when my belt snapped in my car when i called they answered right away and were quick to get to me and hook me up. I would recommend this company to anyone that asked for a tow truck number.

Speedy response both times I called, once for a boost, and then to rescue keys from inside the car.
