Towing

Amazing experience with buying our 2nd Trailer. First one was through Jack...and the 2nd...again Jack. So knowledgable...and all we had to do was describe what we were looking for...and he says. "Got one" and had us hop into his golf cart...and there it was. The day we picked up our new baby was a fantastic day. Kari (Finance) is an empathetic, fun and organized lady...Dan took us on the walk through to explain all...very sage man...the trailer was spotless. Henry, always helpful...congratulated us. Even to the sweet insurance (and patient) woman...all there to help. Imagine our surprise when we were leaving and the trailer was already hooked up. Any issues with our previous trailer was handled quickly and professionally. Would recommend Kelowna Country RV...based on all the many experiences we have had over the last 10 years.👍 Shelley and Steve

I just happen to be in Kelowna for a meeting and stopped by Kelowna Toyota to see if I could get in for a quick oil change. Cary in the service department was fantastic, she just took my keys and said no problem and fit me in within an hour! She has mastered the art of good customer service, and not just with me. While I was waiting, I saw how well she treated every other customer that came into the department. Her friendly and enthusiastic service would make me return to Kelowna Toyota if I were back there another time. Thanks Cary!

Honest and good work done here. They don't try to oversell you, and always have time to listen. I highly recommend them!

The Westshore Chamber is made up of an amazing group of people. Truly an asset to the communities it represents.

Great, helpful staff!

We needed 2 cars taken away from our business in Langley within a few days. They were very fast to respond. They came and met with me the next morning. They provided a free pick up quote and by the end of that day both junk cars were removed and paid for in Cash. I would definitely recommend this auto removal & recycling company!

Showed up on time very good service, recomend

These guys help me and their response time and professionalism was amazing, very courteous, super happy with their service and pricing.

Absolutely wonderful woman to deal with. Very personable and has helped us with 2 issues on 2 separate moves. Top notch customer service all around.

Great service found me exactly what I needed Great.

Always a blast getting towed from these guys.

Laird Wheaton always goes over and above with their service. Starting from my sales experience to the after service and care I receive. I recommend Laird Wheaton to all my friends and family because I know they will be looked after.

Reserved a Trailer online, Had to move across the country. They took the reservation then gave my trailer away. I had to drive all the way to victoria to get another trailer. Called them twice to ask for a discount as due to them i had to spend more money on gas to drive far to get the other trailer they hung up on me twice. I would recommend calling United rentals or someone else customer service is non existent with uhaul.
