Towing

My first time ever getting into an incident on the highway was terrifying. And normally I would shoo off any tow truck driver that came to be vipers at the scene. Metro One however, had the most interpersonable people I have ever met. Not only did they tow my car out of kindness , they also help me get set up with a rental, fixed my car with AMAZING quickness, and gave me DAILY personal calls to update me on the status. They’re the best company you could go to for anything. Especially because they cover everything automotive.

These guys saved us on the side of the road after CAA left us there for three hours. My car lug nuts would not come off, and the truck driver left twice to source different tools to resolve the issue. Had it not been for his persistence we would have had to have been flat bedded home and left without a vehicle for the weekend. I’m grateful.

I have a hard time trusting a 5 star review that is written by the company owner. This driver/owner is an unsafe driver as he cut my family off on the 401 today, in his company vehicle. After doing that, proceeded to go 80km/h (well below the speed of traffic) in the far left lane, then again cut someone else off while changing back to the middle lane. Poor business and completely unsafe driving.

Very fast service. This is the place to call to dispose of your car.

Terrible customer service. Was just asking about my car that I couldnt find and was given attitude and an unwillingness to help or care about our situation over the phone. Stay away!

Very nice towing company and very good pricing. I needed a tow and when the tow truck came, he gave me a great price and did a great job. If i ever need another tow, this is definitely who I'm calling.

There is a white flatbed tow truck in who is all over the road. He is either drunk or using his phone while driving. Almost hit 3 cars in a 2 minute span. Reckless.

Great service. When my car wasn't starting, I called and they managed to be there pretty early. This person was able to boost up my car from school and I manage to dive to the location where I needed to be. It's fast and they're friendly.

Nice guy, independent shop, helped me out for a no-start at a reasonable rate.
