Quick response time, reasonable rate and fantastic customer service. With a longer tow to north of Barrie, after a breakdown on the 400 ,the driver even stopped at a rest stop to allow me a washroom visit. 👍 And offered a complimentary bottle of water to ease the stress and shock after a high anxiety situation. 👍

My car broke down on the 401 and OPP did not want me sitting there so he requested for a tow truck to attend. One of their drivers showed up and towed my car to my mechanic. When he gave me the bill i freaked out and told him he was a crook, he then went into his truck and grabbed a paper which is called a "rate sheet" by the city of mississauga for towing services and he showed me the prices. He showed me that he was actually charging me less than what the prices were on the rate sheet. At this point i apologized sincerely and thanked him for his services and realized he was not a crook and that tow truck drivers do not control the rates for towing and the city does. Tow prices may be high but people need to realize that these drivers are only following what the city tells them to charge and they will provide you with the rate sheet to prove it to show you what the city rates are.

I called CAA a few minutes after midnight, and Jim-9380 arrived within 20 minutes. He was very friendly & I was very satisfied with the service.

Tow truck heaven2

I called Towing & Roadside K and T for towin assistance. They gave me an impressive their service. I called around 6:50 pm and the tow truck arrived in less than an hour. My car was towed to the nearest gasoline station. Very impressive job Towing & Roadside K and T!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, APPARENTLY THEY RUN OUT OF GAS AFTER 2hours OF WAITING AND DISNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL BACK AND INFORM US.

I have called Navi towing a couple of times now and I can honestly say I have never once been disappointed. They are super helpful and professional, they are now the only towing company I ever call!

The man I spoke to was highly unprofessional. When I asked for an ETA because I had an infant with me he told me “I don’t care if you have a baby I’m not rushing for you” and began raising his voice. I would give 0 stars if I could.
