So friendly! Very accommodating and generous staff. When they took longer than expected when putting my new tires on, I was offered a ride to and from my appointment and then given a gift card for a free oil change.
Also a very bright, clean new facility in a convenient location.

Called a couple days ago and arraged to take away my truck at 2pm today. It is now 4pm and no one showed up. I didn't get a call either. I tried calling twice but there's no answer both times. It would've been ok if they called me and asked if we could arrange for another time, but no. I got nothing, so you will get nothing. Good bye.

Booked trailer weeks ago, only to be phone day before move that they didn’t have the trailer we booked, and the closest one was in 100 mile house, and a size smaller than we originally booked. Left us totally screwed over, the day before we are supposed to move 600km to a new town. So stressful.
