Towing

Worst service ever! Called at @ 8:35am for a tow call due a broke down vehicle sitting at an intersection. Was told that someone would be there in about an hour, 4 hours and one parking ticket later, no tow truck! I was able to drive there from Kingston with a u-haul trailer before a 'local' company was able to show up. I spoke with the manager about covering the 30$ ticket that was written at 11:35am, (3 hours after they were called), and I was told that I would be taking them to court for the 30$! Well guess what, I am taking them to court and since I don't care about waisting there time in court and costing them a lot more than 30$, I will let the court decide whats right or or wrong. But in the meantime I will be telling everyone I know about the terrible service this place provides. I called Canadian tire roadside assistance to tell them the situation and they have upgraded my membership for free to the gold for a year and apologized for such negligence on the towing companies part. They have even offered to help take care of the ticket even though they agree that Bobs towing should be doing that. And to the manager, Im not 'slamming' you on google as you called it, I'm telling it exactly how it is. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place!!

Phil was on time and rates were as we discussed. He came recommend through a member of our car club. He took great pride and care in moving a vehicle our family has cherished for generations. Highly recommended! Thanks Phil!!

Good car wash and towing services

Guy was nice but had to wait more the 1hr for someone to come. When it was still during business hours.

Very fast and friendly service and reasonable prices. Will be using them for all of my towing needs. I was having the worst day ever and they turned it around! Thank you so much!

Alternator went on my truck and wouldn’t start. Called supreme and they had someone there within half an hour. Driver was very polite and had me dropped off at the repair shop for a resonable rate. Will definitely use them again if needed

Great service. When my car wasn't starting, I called and they managed to be there pretty early. This person was able to boost up my car from school and I manage to dive to the location where I needed to be. It's fast and they're friendly.

Very nice towing company and very good pricing. I needed a tow and when the tow truck came, he gave me a great price and did a great job. If i ever need another tow, this is definitely who I'm calling.

Nasir was amazing, went above and beyond for us when everyone else was too busy. We owe you one!

Needed a boost, they were quick and friendly, would use them again.

Bob’s Towing is the most reputable towing service provider in Durham Region with qualitied operators and very affordable.

On time, pleasant, knowledgeable and careful with my car. Would definitely recommend.

I got hired by this company in August and worked there till November and I have nothing but bad things to say. The owner William does not pay proper wages and there is no compensation for hours spent at the mechanics. Selfish and greedy are two words I would use to describe both owners, but I suspect a bit of racism mixed with a hero complex from William. Very unethical, stay away.
