Towing

Great service. Prompt, went above and beyond, had reasonable rates and a really clean/new towing truck. Highly recommend. I got a flat tire about 25kms from Brockville at 10pm on a Tuesday night and was glad that they were the ones that came to help out.

Excellent service, delivered what was expected, friendly and knowledgeable staff

A plus

I called to get my car towed when it wouldn't start. I was given a very fair price over the phone and the tow truck showed up exactly when they said it would. The driver was very friendly and was able to get my car started so I could drive the rest of the way home instead of getting towed to a mechanic. I'm very happy with the help I recieved and would definitely recommend Kane's Towing to anyone who needs a tow.

Took my Chevy Cruz there to get fixed. Staff was friendly and very thorough. They also found I had a pretty good warranty I was unaware of and did additional work I had a feeling it needed. In the long run saved me money and made my car run better than it has in a long time. Thank you I couldn't be any happier!

I called in around 7am on Monday as my car wouldn't start. They gave me us a really fair price and had someone there to tow us in 20 mins right when he said the truck would be there. Also had room to take my fiancé and I back. I'd recommend them to anyone. Highly recommended if your in need of a tow

Very good service

Called because I was locked out of my truck. The sheriff showed up and unlocked the door for me. I had also called ajax - I knew he was on his way and I was prepared to pay him for his time. He told me not to worry about it. Most tow companies would want their fee, but he was fair with me and a very nice man to deal with.

When my roadside assistance failed to answer their phones on a Sunday I called first image and was helped within 2 minutes of calling and got a lift to my dealer ship for a great price. I highly recommend first image towing!

Best towing service in the durham region really great customer service fast and safe and reliable

Fast and great service.

Had Diamond Towing pick up and drop off one of my vehicles today , i was very impressed with the service along with a very professional driver. Also impressed with the Top notch towing equipment :-) I will pass on my positive experience to others if / when they need a local towing service.

Very quick to pick up car. Friendly and professional. Will give you great price for your scrap car.

Car broke down. Speedy service that was reasonably priced. My tow truck driver was also very polite.

Sadly one star is the lowest I can rate this place although it doesn't even deserve that. Today I blew a tire on the highway with 4 kids all under the age of 3 in the car. Called J&D towing to come out to change the tire for me. I was told they would be out in 20 mins as the tech was coming from Whitby. Fine. Moments after I called a gentleman pulled off the road and offered to change it for me. Right away I called J & D towing to cancel the call. The man I spoke with who was extremely rude said fine he was cancelling the call. To bad that wasn't the end. A short time after a white Jeep Cherokee pulled up and a younger guy got out of the car, upon the sighting of someone else changing the tire he instantly became aggressive stating that he would be changing me for a service call. His dispatcher never mentioned one thing to me about a 'service call' so I called him back. He was even more ignorate then the cancelling call.. swearing and yelling. Said not to worry about the 'service call'. Which then made the service tech even more pissed off. He proceeded to tell me that he would be following me until I went to an atm to withdrawl money. I let him know that I would be calling the police if he didn't leave immediately and he began yelling at me telling me never to call J & D ever again (Don't worry I won't be 😂) and then aggressively sped away onto the highway almost causing a collison. I wouldn't call nor recommend this company to my worst enemy. In the matter both of the men approached this situation it would of been safer for me to unload all the kids and walk home. Did I mention he showed up in a Jeep Cherokee? Unmarked!

Well if you want to be told one price and given another to tow a vehicle 10 kms and not only pay a different amount quoted but then to be charges 5% on top of your 824 dollar bill to pay the fee to use your credit cared to apy for the two and the total being 866.00 then this is the place for you ! They are rude , dont give you the price quoted and dont care, what a rip off. Thier bill says Towing and Recover with a small ONT limited number 1816740 and the bill they give you , they charge HST but no HST number is anywhere on the bill. Then your credit card shows the charge to a whole different company called Planet Tint. Confusing, CRA where are u????? STAY AWAY!!!!!

Garbage service the on duty manager just hung up on me today, no respect!!!! Bunch of liers, guy tells me to hold ill get the manger, than gets on the phone starts talking too me? After i question him why am i still speaking too you, youre not the manager? Than the on duty manager picks up the phone, so ehat happened there?
