Travel Agency

You are doing Fraud!! You are lying!! You sold a ticket three months ago that real price was 1100 but you sold it 1400!! you are awful

This is my third time using this location and I must say that I'm not happy with their service. On two occasions I found a better price by simply googling a flight than they were providing. Additionally, the average time spent here is far from accurate. If you're looking to book a vacation, expect to spend at least an hour here (I was here for an hour and a half). Service in general is slow and you just end up staring at the back of their computer screen for 95% of your visit. This doesn't include the time spent actually waiting for someone to help you. That can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. If you do communicate by email, depending on who is helping you, you may get a response days later or not at all. If you really have to use this location, I suggest doing research online before coming in unless you have hours in your day to spare.

The best travel agent I have ever known. Joe got me the best price, he even beat the prices online. Good customer service, very reliable. We are very happy.

Excellent service.. great customer service.!!!

You are not alone if Falcon didn't refund your deposit for cancelling your Hajj. We are getting together to submit a formal complaint against Falcon travel to the Saudi Arabia embassy in Ottawa. Please email fayezsalem775@gmail.com

Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommended.

excellent customer service. best rates.

Good service

Great partners

Hello, this is in regard to the company mentioned. I would like to know if anyone has received full refund of refused visa or not yet.please answer here for everybody. thanks

The last review doesn't even make sense, travel agents don't supervise you on the tour, they merely sell you the tickets. The tour guide's service should have nothing to do with the travel agents, so I have absolutely no idea why the last review commented their experience on the tour here.

Great company

Had to go on standby for a family emergency. The travel agent made all the arrangement while i was in the air to Paris to catch my second leg back to Canada. Thanks to him I was able to make it back on time. I knew he been in business more than 20 years. After that experience, I know how he's keep his customers. Thank you Global. I also transferred money back home as well. He's good, less than 24 hours. And I know for sure he closed up shop and took your money like some other travel agents.
