Nour is my travel expert in Asia. He is a busy travel agent, but manages to always find time to chat in detail. It impresses me that he seems tireless in his search for great deals and options. He even remembers my preferences. I often have discounts on some travelling sites, but Nour somehow always tops my discounted price. I get to save my reward points for nicer hotels and longer stays instead. :) The CHEAPEST flight I've ever paid for to travel half-way across the world and back...was through Nour. Incredible at first, but you've done it again! Beyond that, Nour managed my entire trip. I missed an international flight one time overseas and I was stuck. He was easy to reach despite the significant time-zone difference. The man fixed my issue in just an hour, costing me only $300. Usually when something like this happens, the repercussion is over $1000. He's a journeyman's peace of mind. I recommend him highly.

My husband and I have just returned from a vacation in Punta Cana which we booked through the Belleville Flight Centre. Upon arrival at our hotel it was discovered that there was a mix up with our booking at one of the Excellence Resorts. Merryn Lush was contacted and immediately set into motion all arrangements to correct the situation. She had us transferred to the correct resort, had our room upgraded to a Honeymoon Suite, alerted the staff at the Excellence Resort who were extremely help as well. Merryn also made new arrangements for us to be picked up at our hotel and brought to the Airport on our departure date. We cannot thank Merryn enough for everything she did on our behalf. In addition, the staff at both Excellence Resorts were extremely helpful and I would not hesitate in staying at their wonderful Resort once again. I have already highly recommended this Resort to my family members.
