I travel a lot and always have had great experience with Robert Q. The shuttles always leave on time with comfortable seats and competent drivers. Parking is free for dropping off or picking up travellers. Staff are polite and friendly. There is a travel agency in the same building.

Every cent of my membership is alone justified by the level of engagement the staff at this branch demonstrate. When I had a bit of a tough personal travel situation to deal with, I felt the response was one that reminded me of best friends, huddling together and saying - "Ok, we've got this. Wrong times on the slips. I got home and saw a slip that said I had a package waiting for me at the post office. The slip says they are open until 9pm on Fridays. I decided to walk the half hour walk down to the post office, and when I get there, the doors are locked and it's closed. Now, not only do I have to go out of my way to come back tomorrow, I also have just lost an hour of my time. FIX THE SLIPS TIMES!!!!
