High service standards offered by very talented staff. It takes only a few minutes to get there and people there are friendly and very helpful

When first going in, the guy gave me the wrong advice for an international license, second time they were understaffed and the wait time was ridiculous

So far, the service has been mediocre at best. I've been trying to call over the last few days. On hold for 25+ minutes is pretty ridiculous now a days. They don't respond to requests through a travel agent we've been using. The prices fluctuate like the stock market. It's kind of insane. I've never realized it was like that. Hopefully our faith will be renewed as we approach the date of our trip.

Been trying to reach them for 8 days and they keep saying to call then I call and they say they will call back and never do. Been going on for 8 days will go to someone else. Quick disappointing service.
