Horrible experience the interpretation agent named Pierre-Luc who said was the manager was absolutely rude, my friends came to visit Canada for first time so we went at around 11 to get our tickets for the Parliament Tour we got there we stood by the counter this guy was having a conversation with a coworker he looked at us and kept talking with the girl (nothing work related) then a minute after he rolled his eyes at us and make a weird NOT WELCOMING face so I asked him if he had tickets for the tour so he looked at me with a very arrogant face and said People lines up at 9 am to get their tickets then looked and point at something in the back and was as you can see we have nothing left so come back earlier tomorrow... then he turned his back at us and kept talking about his night out with his coworker. ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! This guy should NOT work at the capital information kiosk !! Shame on you Pierre-Luc !!

The booking system was extremely easy to use, the bikes and brand new and beautiful, and the staff was super friendly! The Brockville City Tour was well worth it and was an interesting and information packed 2.5 hours!

My family and I visited Escape Brockville while I was in town last week and had a great time. It took team work to figure out the puzzles which was a lot of fun. Cory, the owner of Escape Brockville, was friendly, professional and helpful. The caboose was also a unique location. I would definitely recommend this for locals looking for something different to do or for anyone visiting Brockville.
