Great educational and informative stop or jumping point for some interior camping. Picnic tables available if you brought your lunch. The museum is just two dollars for visitors or 1 dollar for children and offers great insight into the indigenous people's life, as well as metis and early days if the fur trade. Covering everything from local wildlife to archaeology of the area, this little museum packs in a lot into a small space. Information center and gift shop also on site.

I personally love this spot. My great grandfather used to catch fish here. Now, we go here every year as a tradition. The snapping turtles are always friendly and love people, just don't get to close!
