Unimaginable service. It was actually so Horrible. The agent selling us the ticket messed up the return date and we notified him immediately. He had already confirmed the seat BEFORE even showing us the final dates and everything. He changed it to our suitable return date, and charged us 125 CAD for changing the dates. So we had to pay for the dumbass agent's mistake. He couldn't even count the money we gave him and called us when i got home and said "you gave me 50 dollars less" , mate i gave you the money, you even counted in front of me. Who employs a complete retard who can't even count money. That's not all. After changing the dates, i noticed that he had messed up my name on the ticket. Like seriously? What the fu*k? How idiotic can one person be? I had to email him again and tell him to correct my name. Which he did. What i am pissed about is this guy messing up so many times and in the end costing us 125 dollars. I urge everyone to please not purchase any ticket from this agency. Save yourself from this horrible company.

Booked my dream trip today with Brie and it couldn't have been better. She was great and made everything nice and easy. It is going to be my first trip and having her help me through everything was invaluable. She found me a great flight for way way cheaper than I was expecting. I couldn't be happier about the trip and how everything went. I will definitely go back to her for any future trips.

Lloyd’s Travel & Cruises owns a number of cottages at La Casa Resort. Our family was scheduled to stay at one July 31-August 7th. This was not a typical summer vacation option for our family, but given border closures we planned it back in January not knowing how open things would be. As we approached the resort, the thick smoke from nearby fires was overwhelming and concerning for our two small children’s lungs etc. We called to seek a refund and we’re told it was fine to come and that it was fine. Other staff hung up or didn’t return calls. After 2 nights and ash raining down on our car and the cabin Lloyd’s Travel / Wendy rented to us (6841 Madrid Way), we packed up and left as they were closing down Westside Road. An Evacuation alert had been issued the night before that they hadn’t bothered to tell us about. It later became an evacuation order. Despite the 3000 spent and lack of vacation, Wendy and Lloyd’s Travel refused to refund.

Toured China with a stopover in Hong Kong at the end. Staff were fantastic! They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Food was delicious everywhere we went. Buses and drivers are top notch. This was an amazing trip. We saw and did so much but never felt rushed.

If you are planning on a cruise trip or going somewhere for honeymoon or destination wedding, ask for Anita! She's fantastic, speedy in response, and very organised. She's happy to make an extra mile to bring a smile on her customer's face. She helped us book the best cruise deal and most economical flights. We've tried a couple of travel agents and couldn't be happier that we found her.
