Great place to speak about travel

They do a good work finding the tickets with good price. Not the best but good enough.

I went to this location to buy two tickets for Toronto. They gave me the most expensive tickets ever!There was a film festival in Toronto and because pf that tickets were double of the original pricing. Nobody told me about this and I had no knowledge of ticket pricing. They pushed me to buy the tickets. So I bought the tickets. After I did a little bit of a research and found out that This place is all about sales! NO Customer service! I Called customer service and Teresa from there told me Flight centre will do NOTHING about it and asked me to do whatever I want! Very sorry to see businesses like this still exist!

The man who answered the phone was the rudest, most uninformed travel agent I have spoken too. He didn't listen to me at all and was quite unkind. I want to be listened to and respected, especially if I am spending thousands of dollars. I will NEVER call them again.

I'm a bit biased as I used to work for this office, but this also gives me insight that others don't have. During my career as a travel consultant I worked for different agencies and this one is by far the best. Their travel consultants are experienced and their product knowledge is second to none. Any travel I book is through this agency and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Maria at Travel Unlimited is awesome! I used to do a lot of on-line airplane ticket booking. What a waste of time that was! Now, I just let Maria know what I need and she does all of the legwork! Maria finds multiple deals and I always get a better deal than when I search for hours on the internet myself! Maria has expertise and experience and gives great travel tips for different airports, airlines, and cities. I recommend Maria to my friends and family for booking all of their travel needs.
