Do not book with EMR. They are super inflexible. We have a credit from Covid, and they won't allow someone listed on the original rental agreement to use the $1300 credit when the primary isn't available. They say it's for fraud protection. Book with Airbnb, a hotel, or VRBO. It's honestly not worth the hassle.

Such a fantastic experience. The captain and guides are really passionate and knowledgeable. You can tell they are just as excited as we are to find and view these amazing animals. We saw humpbacks, killer whales, and sea lions. I will never forget it.

A quick ride home from Victoria on a very comfortable vessel. If anything, the ride was a bit noisy with the crowd. I would suggest sitting upstairs if you want a little more calm.

My husband and I went up to Victoria for a couple of days to relax and the wine tour was suggested. Colleen picked us up at our hotel and was very personable throughout the entire tour. She is a local, so her first hand knowledge of the area is great! The two wineries, cheese shop and cider maker were delightful and generous with their samples. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who's already been to Victoria and wants to see some more of the area.

I'm so glad I can cross this off of my bucket list but I can say I'll want to do this again and again. Our downstairs shipmate was Jennifer,. OMG she's fantastic. Was so friendly and informative, so was everyone else. Great job, great experience. Could not think of a better way to celebrate my 50th birthday. Thank you.

Very poor service, document dates for yellow fever challenged by Government authorities because they were not date stamped, hand written dates looked like 2003 instead of 2008. Tetanus, Diptheria, Polio certificate, and Typhoid certificate, not properly entered. Typhoid oral was totally inappropriate to travel profile. Avoid this company.

I highly recommend Mile Zero Tours. I recently went on the Autumn In Quebec and Ontario Tour. I was very impressed from start to finish. Our tour director, David was conscientious and paid attention to all of the important details for everyone. We had excellent hotel accommodations and dining choices. There was a good mix of planned tours and free choice time. I especially enjoyed the informative commentaries during our coach travels. Thank you Mile Zero Tours for a memorable holiday.
