They go out of their way to give you quality service. Truly care about the customer and their travel experience. We went to them for booking a bigger group trip and had a mix up with one of our group's rooms, called Sukhi, she sorted it out efficiently. Thank you so much, definitely recommend them for group travel!

Never called back. Called this office to get a price quote. A lady named Hyacinth picked up, took the info said she'll call back but never called me back. Looks like they don't want new customers.

Background of the problem: I was flying from Toronto to Bhopal on Oct 27, 2017 by Jet Airways and one day before my travel, got a text from JetAirways that my flight was cancelled. More over it was my brother's wedding. I started shaking, called the airline but no help, then called Gala Travels and I felt relieved and lucky that I have booked the ticket from them. I called one of their employee called Ms PAM KAPILA (now I have lot of respect for her and the company she works for). After listening to my problem, she immediately said, "Sir leave this problem to me and give me couple of minutes". And then I got call from her, giving me the options to fly. And she even entertained my meal request and put all my kids and wife in the same row. My brother who booked his ticket through different travel agency (same flight), gave him no clue, he was on his own until he discussed with me and my experience with GalaTravels. I call her services as amazing and I don't have words to express my gratitude and mental peace I got. I am going to recommend all of my family and friends to buy the tickets from them.

Worst service .....

That John Doe is a joke, you judged something you have no idea based on your poor experience? lmao. Those hotels are 5 star locally in China, you can ask anyone in China. And you made fun of the price ? When you see something have good value in price, the first thing in your mind is OMG, its fake ! This company is so far the best choice when you want to have a China tour out there(check facebook reviews, you cant lie there unless you own it). Anyway, maybe $1999 is too expensive to you and you just wanna pay $19.99 to travel around the world

I really enjoyed the excellent service, support and professional care of this travel agency. I highly recommend this travel agency for all those who are looking for professional travel agents.

Kinda bit disappointed because they said right after new year they will send my moms refund but a week is over and until now no havent contact me or my mom service is really bad you have to call them to remind them.
