Trustee in Bankruptcy

Professional and friendly Service at Faber Inc. After realizing I could no longer pay my creditors I made the difficult decision to file for bankruptcy or make a financial proposal. I was apprehensive in meeting with trustees not knowing what to expect. A family member had met with trustees at Faber in the past and gave them a good recommendation so I gave them a call. My apprehension diminished as soon as I spoke to an analyst and a trustee who were both professional, informative and made me feel at ease. I received excellent advice and they clearly described all options that were available to me. What I imagined to be a complicated and difficult process turn out to be straightforward and painless. This is due to the friendly and professional assistance of all the staff at Faber Inc. They assisted me with all my financial needs and answered all my questions. I am now finally able to move forward with confidence that my financial situation will improve. I would recommend Faber Inc. to anyone requiring options to resolve financial difficulties.

They are terribly inconsistent. Their information changes with everyone you talk to. Systems not in place for accurate information back to clients. They made a terrible situation even worse for me. They barely return calls when you leave a message. They go through people like crazy. I had at least 4 different people in 21 months all with again incorrect portals of information and what was right or not. I ended up paying out more than I was suppose too and claimed with no clarification on why. Wrong information given to me all the time and made this situation I found myself in after a divorce with a bankruptcy even worse. Absolutely do not recommend them for anything.

I had to make the difficult decision to rectify a terrible financial situation that I found myself in. I contemplated for months on what to do not wanting to take the plunge and ask for help. I was online googling bankruptcy and I found Grant Thorton Alger. Originally I chose them because I recognized the name and they were close to my house. I sent off an email and was contacted very quickly to discuss my options. I met with Nicole face to face and was very surprised with how comfortable they made me feel. I was never made to feel bad about myself or beaten down for the situation I was in, in fact they wanted to see me succeed. Not only did they assit me through the process they alse offered many suggestions and tools on how to avoid this again. I hope to never be in the same situation again but I know if I do it will be the NE branch of Grant Thorton Alger that I will call. I would recommend them as one place where you can get help and success and be treated with respect and proffessionalism.

When I came to consulting my debt, I was ashamed. Freida was very patient, professional, friendly, and did not judge or persecute me. She's very knowledgable and guided me through every step and the possible steps I might have had to take. The receptionists are very clear and friendly as well. I highly recommend the services provided here for anyone dealing with sticky financial situations.

OMG! People listen to me very clearly. You Need to stay away from James Moses. They are liars and do NOT hold their words at ALL. They should not even be in business. They are not professional at all and they have no clue how Consumer Proposal and/or bankruptcy works. They steal money from clients. So not very impressed. I Do NOT recommend them at all. They also treat their staff like they are animals. If you want to be yelled at be used and lied to then go ahead and use them. For all the other intelligent people please DONT be fooled and be dumb like me and my husband was. Cheers,

When I came to Canada I didn't understand finances here very good and I got into trouble with debts. I couldn't keep paying my bills so a friend said he talked to Exelby & Partners who helped him change his life.
