I want to thank Dr. Beauregard and all the staff of Centre Veterinaire 440 for exceptional service and professionalism. On Saturday, (May 26) we had an emergency situation with our family dog. He was unable to make it back home and the entire staff at the Centre made a very difficult and stressful situation as soothing and easy as possible. The Dr explained the situation very well and presented us with the facts and options very clearly. The entire staff know how to deal with what can be very sad situations. This Centre acts with both professionalism and sympathy for the clientele and know how to handle what are very difficult situations. Thank you to all the staff of Saturday night from my family and Duke!

It was my fist time coming to this location and I got great service from the staff. Good to know that they are open 24 hours, but it's just a bit far from my home.

fantastic experience with my older anemic dog that needed teeth cleaning. Not only I had a great communication with the vets, every step of the way, but also they followed up a few days later to see how things are at home and to make sure he was ok. Thank you guys!! Keep up the great work!

Vet is caring and fast services

I was very unfortunate to have to bring my dog there. Dont get me wrong they did treat my dog well at least he came home without a fever but, damm they nail you at the end. My bill was suppose to be 700$ by the time the bill was made I was close to 800$ and on top of it they wanted to sell me a medium size bag of food for 50$. When I told the lady that I was only prepared to pay 700$ and if those extra pills were really necessary, I heard the vet say to her that " they were a reprecaution " meanwhile I already had the prescription for pills that did the exact same thing ! ? Really? These people have no idea how hard we work and if we bring our animals to them is because we care about them. Dont make a hole in my pocket. When I told the girl I could not take the food, she looked at me with surprise and said " but the dog needs to eat" are you kidding me? You think I dont know that? Wow!!! Best vet ever that really cares about the owners being able to keep their animals healthy without breaking the bank. CLinique Veterinaire Jarry. Too bad they were closed this week I am sure my bill would have been half the price for the same care.

Excellent service from front desk all the way to the vet. Very compassionate, caring and patient staff!

We were visiting from out of town when our dog had an allergic reaction. They got us in right away, were so thorough and caring, listened carefully to what we had to say and treated him wonderfully! I can't recommend Dr. Chadwick and the Kinross Vet Clinic enough :)
