My rabbit wasn't feeling well and her condition wasn't improving after a few days, so I wanted to get her checked out to see what was going on. My regular vet's rabbit specialist wasn't available, so they recommended I call Glenora Family Pet Clinic. I'm sure glad I did! They went above and beyond in terms of their customer service and attention to detail. They provided symptomatic relief for the time being, and recommended getting her scheduled in a few days later for a dental procedure which was a possible cause for why eating was no longer comfortable for her. They thoroughly explained the procedure, gave me a quote, and all went well. They even showed me before and after photos of the inside of her mouth, which I wasn't expecting but really appreciated. That confirmed that I had made the right decision to go ahead with the dental work. They followed up with me several times to see how she's been doing, from the day after I brought her in for the first time to the day after her procedure. I'll definitely be taking her here from now on for her annual checkups, and I highly recommend this place to anyone with pets. Thank you!

Great staff, and our vet especially is very good. Dr. Mike Phillips has such a calming demeanour, all our animals (two cats and a dog) have no problems being poked, prodded and examined by him.

Took my cat for neutering today, everything went great...thank you Doctor Travis Foster and to all staff for taking care for my Louie, and thank you for being patient while answering on all my questions! 😊😊

They are so awesome!! I have taken my kitty here, my puppy here, and my sister has now started going. This place is sweet. The vet is so caring, and makes sure the job is done right. His staff are sooooooo nice!! He makes it affordable pricing for procedures. There is only good things to say !

I used to like this vet because they had reasonable pricing and the vets were great about not selling you on things you didn't need but actually helping. I tried to go back for a vaccine routine update, and I had the most difficult time trying to get the front desk people to let me know what vaccines were due. They told me I never gave them previous records for my pet, which I absolutely did - I forwarded them our previous email chain. They then quoted me verbatim off the sheet (three years old) which vaccines I was "due for", not taking into account the various updates I had done through their clinic since becoming a client. This really shook my confidence in their knowledge and abilities, and on top of that, they just saw my dog a couple of weeks ago for an exam and required another one to be administered before vaccines. Seems a bit like a cash grab, they obviously don't pay for quality techs or front desk people either. It used to be worth it to save a few bucks, not anymore.

Don't want it! Called to cancel like I was told to and it still comes to my door. If they would at least place it at my door... Majority of the time it's thrown from the driveway and it lands on my stairs, half of it blowing in the wind down the street or all over my lawn. Need to hire better paper boys...

The staff are friendly and willing to give you a tour if you pop in for a visit. Great music!

Really great Vet Clinic. We really appreciate the time that Dr. Allison, Rob, takes with our sweet ol' pooch. Rob takes the time to really make sure my dog is well cared for, and he takes the time to let me know what is up, what to look for, and what to do. Can't imagine a better Vet.

The staff here have been very accommodating and helpful for our reactive dog. Friendly place, makes you know your animal is in good hands.

Great clinic, clean facilities and friendly staff. The only issue I have is that their staff rotates quite frequently, so you are not seeing the same vet each time you visit. If they could improve this, I think they could have a solid business model for customers who value having a lasting relationship with their vet.
