We loved Rosie ( didn't get to meet her husband) Rosie is so caring and kind and all the cats are happy and calm. We surprised my grandaughter by letting her pick her baby ( sMy gd has been thru alot) and bless Rosie's heart she was so patient and kind. All the cats are absolutely gorgeous and chill and free range. I highly, highly recommend Chatabelle Cattery.

Ostrander Vet Clinic is the only place to take your pets. I have gone there for years to take my dogs. Knowledgeable Vets who really care about my dogs and a staff who treats me and my dogs like one of the family. Great place to take your pet.

The cat had an eye infection and since she’s an outdoor cat she could use her shots as well. I booked an appointment where it was explained that the vet exam for her eye and her shots would be $117. That’s a pretty reasonable deal so I went ahead. Day of the apt with the Vet (who is very knowledgeable and friendly) informed me that they couldn’t administer the vaccines due to her eye. That was fine until checkout... The bill for the exam and eye medication came to $160 which was fine however they wanted an additional $117 to come back for her shots. This place needs to take a better look at their pricing structure as $275 for an eye infection and shots is not reasonable. I wouldn’t recommend attending this vet, as previously indicated by other reviews it seems they’re in it for the money rather then actual care of the animal.

Bought a machete 2 years ago, called to have it sharpened and was told they only do sharpening on Saturday. I want to like this place but I'm unimpressed with a knife store that only services one day a week.

While camping in Port Burwell our dachshund suffered a deep gash on his side and went immediately to this vet, we received immediate and excellent care, we were seen at once and Zac was stitched up that afternoon and was picked up by 5pm. They even called in morning to see how he was. They even sent all info to our local vet. Thanks for excellent treatment !

We were travelling in the Collingwood area when our pup was attached by another dog. We called other clinics in the area that refused to see us because we were not "from Collingwood". Dr Ardis came in on a statutory holiday after we placed an emergency call. Our pup had emergency surgery and received the very best care. They were calm, caring and absolutely thorough. I highly recommend trusting them with the safety of your pets.

This will be in point form: Always willing to help me with my dog. My dog is always happy to see them. They work with me to find the best solution to a problem. Understanding and loving people.

I'd give more stars if I could.....outstanding expertise, competence and like everybody says: magic hands! The accupuncture (very effective) is also recommended, they know what they do!!

Fair price, lovely staff and doctors. They work with you to find the best solutions and never pressure you into treatments that are not necessary. They take great care of my fur babies!
