these people go above and beyond. they treat dogs like people. the price is on point. The facility is absolutely perfect well kept.

Avoid this place at all costs. Receptionist has no compassion and very rude. The so called vet who speaks very little English should be fired for his income and endangering pets. Over priced and not only are they not able to read an X Ray or diagnose an issue they really do not care.

My girl is old now and having some issues, so my first reaction was to call Bracks to get her the best care. But Bracks was busy and unable to see her. My second reaction was to call the usual place, but there’s always a cloud of uncertainty of there. My Brittany Spaniel was born before my kids so I’m picky and I expect a clean and organised clinic with a calm patient knowledgeable professional. So I tried a new place and gave Dr. Pesic a call - suffice to I’ll be going back.

I like the staff but the vet himself doesnt seem to like animals very much. Tried to way over charge me but was willing to price match when i complained

Got a puppy and the next day it was vomiting worms. My girlfriend called around and found Carp Road to be open and they were willing to take the dog in for an exam a few hours later. Met with the vet who did a small sales pitch but backed off after we said no and has been nothing but professional since. We always know what we're getting into pricewise. When we get a diagnosis all options are explained to us from the cheapest to the one where we have to remortgage the house, no surprises. Our dog loves seeing the vet and has seen 2 of the vets at this clinic, both of them are treated with high energy and kisses from her. I would be hard pressed to bring my dog to another vet if Carp Road was within a reasonable distance and was open.

The staff was exceptional, Dr. Haddock is amazing, she was always so compassionate with Harley who was 15yrs up to the day I had to say goodbye to him.

Dr. Martin is a very compassionate, caring vet. She explains everything thoroughly and takes care of your pet without breaking the bank. Very fair pricing and outstanding care.

Just had my pup neutered there and what a wonderful staff! Met with both vets and they were both very informative and knowledgeable. Spent 45min with Dr. Fischer earlier this week! She took her time examining my dog and even gave my daughter and I some great training techniques. We were greeted this morning by Thea who is an absolute doll! Love this place. Changing vets and will be bringing my dog here from now on.
