Had my basement done by them by far the best in the business, polite tidy and my basement hasent leaked in years... Will hire again!

I was not a customer, so I can't speak to their quality of work. What I can comment on is a poor experience I had with them that speaks to their character as an organization. I was driving on the highway behind one of their "Super 16 - Stoneslinger" dump trucks when a golf ball size rock flew out of the back and broke my windshield. I wasn't able to stop the driver due to morning traffic. I called their main office and politely explained what had happened, asking if they would be willing to help me pay for a new windshield. I was asked to hold for a moment and immediately heard a dial tone. I tried calling back numerous times but couldn't get anyone to answer. I then tried calling from a different phone number and the same women answered after one ring. I identified myself again and was told that unfortunately things happen on the road and that Waterproofing, Inc. would not help me. This rock was not kicked up by a tire, it flew out of the back of the truck. Anyway, after the way they hung up on me and then blacklisted my phone number, I would be cautious dealing with this company.

I've sold my house and decided to write a quick review of the work Rite-Way did for me. I never thought a dry basement in a wet area would have such an effect on me, but it did. I never had water in my basement when I purchased my house back in 2005. Fast forward a handful of years later and the water table started to rise and my basement started flooding with .5" of water. This was a finished basement so can imagine how much damage this did. I'll admit, I was fairly desperate to correct the issue so I didn't do a lot of research of the numerous companies offering water proofing services. I went with the company that would be able to do it the quickest, Rite-Way was able to get me on the books same week and promise me a 1 day completion. They installed a perimeter drain system with sump pump in a single day. Everything went as promised. It was simple and fast. Fast forward to 2018 and I can confirm I've never seen a drop of water bypass their drain tile system. Torrential downpours, extreme snow melt...not a drop of water in the basement. Thank you Rite-Way.

We had a leak in our basement from our driveway wall side. We called Dave from Seal-Rite and he was available on Saturday morning to give us an estimate. He arrive exactly at the time he said he would come! He was very knowledgable and very friendly. He gave us a very competitive quote and was ready to start work almost right away! His crew came and dug the outside wall very quickly and I was impressed how they kept the work area clean. The wall was waterproofed and a French drain was installed and area was back filled with river stone. Dave came back a couple of weeks later once the rocks settle to apply a strip of concrete to make the driveway look nice. Since the repair, we haven't found and water in the basement when it rains. Great service, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend anyone to use Dave if you have any foundation issues as he will give you a great price!
