Waterproofing

Perfect . 5 years later still no leaks. Great job, professional staff.

Moser's Basement Waterproofing is a lifesaver! After every storm I would have inches of water in my basement. That is until Matt and his crew installed new draintile around the perimeter of the entire basement and put in the quietest sump ever. I would recommend this company to anyone that has basement water issues. Can wait to have them do my yard drainage...

We had a very bad experience with RC Waterproofing. I was looking for RCC waterproofing and stumbled on these jokers of a company. First they lie and overcharged for jobs they were not sure about, rip off!. They are a bunch of sloppy unfinished late workers who leave their trash behind and don't use all the right material as promised. I wish I could have my money back and erase this terrible work & experience in waterproofing my home. Robert has no respect for people and their time, as he is alway later and do rush jobs. I can't stress enough not to use these frauds of a so called company. I had to finish the job myself as they left unfinished work and kept promising to return and didn't. Sad but true these guys are a waste of time. Lies a lot not to mention don't return calls and don't show up when said they will. All bad all around experience, after the quote it was down hill from there. I posted a comment on their website and it doesn't even show up weeks later. Even the comments are fraudulent and not a real reflection of the bad business they do. Please stay away from these lame contractors. I still haven't gotten my invoice since April. Unhappy!!!

Excellent work done!

Amazing company. Had a great experience with them. We had a leak and they were so fast arriving and getting the problem fixed. Very professional. I'd highly recommend using them.

I phoned them told them my problem, they asked me when they could send an expert to fix the leak in my basement wall. They asked me when the best time for them to come by was and I told them I was available at 3. Technician arrived at my door at 3 o’clock exactly.Straightaway he went into the basement assessed the problem and told me what the problem was. He told me that water had seeped through the outside and this caused the area behind the wall to dampen and eventually rot off. After he gave me a quick and surprisingly low estimate, he got straight to work. After about 1 hour he was done, he replaced the rotten part and told me that I shouldn’t have a problem with the basement anymore. I was really happy and surprised at how well the job was done.

John and his team at Waterproof Masters put me at ease with their knowledge of waterproofing and provided me the best and most cost efficient ways to deal with our leak. Not only did John quote me directly, he followed up on-site throughout the job and after. Waterproof Masters remains my go to referral for best in class Waterproofing.

Absolutely great. Professional, effective, highly recommend.

trustworthy and reliable company, extremely efficient, highly recommended.

Spent two weeks chasing the man for a written quote for what he said was a very simple damp issue. If you want prompt, reliable service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
