Une équipe super professionnelle! Dès le contact par téléphone avec la super attentionnée et gentille Jenny, on sait déjà qu'on est dans les mains des vrais professionnels. En suite, la soumission faite par John et les travaux effectués par Cedrick et Willie se sont très bien passés. Cedrick démontre bien maîtriser son métier et en plus il est super didactique et patient pour nous expliquer tout ce qu'ils on fait. Je suis bien satisfait d'avoir engagé les services de Systèmes Sous-sol Québec. Je suis convaincu que il n'aura plus de dégâts d'eau dans notre sous-sol pendant la période de dégel. Un gros merci à toute l'équipe!

Spread too thin...service jobs are not getting done. Takes on contracts that they do not get too. Waiting 3 months for repairs and not answering calls or returning messages left on social media or telephone. Extremely irresponsible company. Advertised for snow removal...crappy work..had to call repeatedly to get job done Advertised for lawn maintenance they still have not come...lawn is almost 2 feet long now. Plus they have not repaired the damage they cause in the winter. They should really pick one thing and stick too it.

Fixed a crack in the basement wall flushed the wrapping tile. No more problems
