Looking for a suitable waterproofing solution for two external terraces and after much research came across Triflex. We contacted them and they provided excellent and immediate support - thank you James Johnson including a site visit the next day. They recommended a local contractor Modern Waterproofing Ltd who also visited, surveyed and quoted me within 24hrs of calling them. Jarek, provided excellent service way beyond the call of duty. We had two terraces that were leaking as a result of poor workmanship by others and Jarek and his team worked on Sat, Sun and bank holiday Monday to ensure the job was completed urgently. No one would have done this. I am a hard man to please but the product is excellent and I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars and thoroughly recommending Jarek and Modern Waterproofing

Called them on a Friday, agreed that he would call me on Monday morning to arrange a time to come round to the property on the Monday or Tuesday. Sent him a text confirming such, and so that he also had my number. Monday morning came and went with no contact being made, called numerous times, no calls returned. Also texted asking if he was going to come the next morning. Tuesday late morning I gave him a call as I had heard nothing, finally got through, he said he thought we were meeting on Wednesday, told this was not the case and that he had been very elusive. He got annoyed and told me to find someone else and hung up. Unbelievably rude, do not use these guys. Cowboys.

Spent two weeks chasing the man for a written quote for what he said was a very simple damp issue. If you want prompt, reliable service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

DO NOT USE. arrogant and unpleasant survey, followed by a wildly over inflated cost for works, including unnecessary treatments. £70 for a site visit is tolerable when the quote for works is competitive. When it is as overinflated as the one we received, it gives you no chance to recoup your money. A con, and you would be a mug to use them.
