Extremely poor customer service. Very disorganized. Kept promising to call back and never did.

Definitely disappointed with product. Coating keeps coming off, not worth the investment. I would not recommend or use again.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Jason Grift and Windoor. Jason was quick to respond with pricing information and to answer any questions I had. They were extremely careful measuring for our new doors and then with the installation. I will recommend Windoor to my friends.

Hired these guys on short notice to provide clean up services for a music festival in Saint John. Great job!

I worked for this company for a little over 5 months and towards the end I was given a promotion in which I kindly accepted. Upon realization that the position was not the best fit for me, mentally, I expressed to my supervisor Kelly Knack that I wanted to go back to my previous position. She than told me that, that indeed was not an option. Expressing this response to my teammates they told me that, that was incorrect and that I should reach out to the HR Department. Upon doing that, I was then terminated the same day. In addition to that, Kelly Knack isn’t a very tolerant person. 2 weeks prior to my termination I encountered a rather strange, racist and if not sexist encounter with the man (Adam Haddish) serving the popcorn on popcorn Wednesday’s. He kindly handed everyone else in line (predominently white women, I’m mixed race.) a box of popcorn, but when it was my turn to receive a “nice fresh box of popcorn”, he averted eye contact and tossed my box onto the table. Feeling as little as a human can possibly feel I thanked him and went back to my desk in clear distress as my supervisor (Kelly Knack), proceeded to ask me what was wrong. I told her. She pulled me aside into a small room and proceeded to tell me that “sometimes we perceive things in a certain way even when it wasn’t intended, and that I should move on” from the situation..... seriously? Given everything going on in this country that’s your response? So I said alright and went back to my desk again. Only to be pulled aside YET AGAIN by HER supervisor Amy who told me that this was “an absolutely terrible situation and that she wanted the name, and exactly what happened because she was going to make sure that he was spoken to about the situation to ensure that no one else ever FEELS discriminated against in our work place” Good Job Amy, THATS how you handle that situation. But, alas; bygones be bygones and we all live to see and breath another day. I truly appreciate all the beautiful people I met along the way, and you’ll truly be missed. -MH
