Had a set of Sliders installed in my office building and we had a few issues with Mother Nature. Phil at Royal Door went above and beyond with his crew in Halifax to deal with our issues. The installation crew came back upon each request to deal with high wind issues and snow and rain affecting the operation of the door. Customer service was top-notch all the way!

This guy is the best in the business cares about his work always tries to give you the best advice.

Awe full customer service especially if you try to use the so called lifetime warranty. get ready to get run around and leave unanswered messages. Also, wait at home to hope someone shows up for a service call. what a waste of time. My advice, don't buy from allsco.

I brought my vehicle to the 575 St. George Blvd., Moncton, NB location. I had a couple of stone bruises that may or may not have needed repair. To cover all my bases, I had already contacted my auto insurance provider and had a work order faxed to the location ahead of time. Derek Knaggs was the employee working the desk when I arrived. He performed a thorough inspection of the stone bruises and explained why a repair was not required, "These rock strikes are not broken through and are only surface blemishes. No repair necessary". He further explained that if a repair was attempted, the resin would not have a place to penetrate, since the primary protective layer had not been broken; it may actually make the wiper blades perform below expectations due a bump of resin on the windshield. I was very appreciative of his professionalism and honesty. I relayed the same information to my insurance company as well. I hope there is a mechanism within your organization where Derek may be recognized for his professional manner. Customers like me need more service professionals like Derek. I will recommend this location to anyone who asks!
