I have not found a better window in Edmonton! I am the third person in my family to redo a house in Galaxy Windows and we are all very happy. We have since recommended friends buy Galaxy Windows and they are also thrilled with the end result. The closures and cranks still have that “new window” feel to them even after many years. Two of the windows are now 7 years old and work like new. I had a contractor install the windows and I know they will last forever. I build my garage with some “off the shelf” windows at a hardware store and they do not compare at all!

Terri and George at Sunrise Windows were great to work with! They did their best to answer my questions and to keep costs within my budget. This time I replaced the main floor windows. Ten years ago, Sunrise replaced the basement windows of my 60 year bungalow. And again, the installers were professional and tidy. They took care removing the old panes so that they could be recycled. Even did a minor repair on basement window. Good Service, Good Work, Good Price!

This company doesn't pay their bills, they don't return calls. Very disappointing.

Good so far. They replaced the driver side window of my subaru in less than an hour. I can't comment on cost because this is the first time I've replaced glass on any vehicle.

Polar Ray is a company who stands behind their product and does so with aplomb! In a house that I purchased in 2008, gears on the cranks for 2 casement windows and an awning window were stripped. I resigned myself to pop the screen out and manually pull the window open and shut. Earlier this year, when I learned that Polar Ray was the manufacturer of these windows, I called them to see if I could order replacement parts. Not only did Polar Ray replace the parts, they did so for free - even though I was not the original purchaser! There was an option to have their installer come out for a reasonable $75, but I opted to do it myself. Kim, my primary contact at Polar Ray, even had to special order the crank for the awning window and that delivery was within two days. She also went above and beyond in coordinating a Saturday pick up time for me. Throughout every interaction, she was efficient, pleasant and courteous. After all of these years, it is an absolute pleasure to be able to open and close my windows easily. It is also my true pleasure to be able to commend this stellar company who understand good customer service and honouring their product.
