We really like our new window. It opens nicely and provides great airflow. it looks lovely. It provides uv protection from the sun and we can really tell a difference in the temperature of our bedroom. The service was very good, the people were polite and helpful--both in the office and at our home. I do recommend this company for new windows.

We wanted to clean our exterior windows ASAP and the weather wasnt very nice. Waited a few days until the temps were more reasonable and they came out and did a fantastic job! No whines or extra charges like some tradesmen, having to travel to High River. Thank you very much! Would highly recommend!

This was my first time ordering professionally installed blinds and wasn’t sure what I really needed but after a short conversation Shari knew. I have dogs that run to the windows and hadn’t painted yet after having new windows installed . I showed Sheri my paint swatches and she helped me pick out what was perfect for my windows. She is so knowledgeable and professional and really cares about her customers needs. My blinds arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus and an awesome gentleman named Joe installed them. He made everything look so easy and explained everything I needed to know about my new blinds. I will definitely be calling Shari again in the future and requesting Joe as our installer. It was an awesome experience start to finish. Thank you again Shari. I couldn’t have done this without you.

This company is/was a scam. Bought $12k worth of Windows from Ron P. of Edmonton Window and Door Store (very nice guy until he got my money). They were damaged every one of them with gouges in the sills right from day one of the delivery obviously done at his shop. Ron told me he would repair them once they were installed. Now I find out he is no longer in business and I am stuck with terrible gouged windows and no one to repair and no warranty. This guy knows who I am. He knows he ripped me big time but obviously has no conscious and doesn’t give a rat. Hope you enjoy your retirement Ron...NOT!
