March 7/18, I met with there sales man, John, had an great experience and sold me on why I should buy windows from them, So I thought I should cover my basics and take a couple of quotes from other repealable companies, So I decided to go with this company, So on March 22 I went down to there office and put my 2000$ and signed the contract, I was told a installer would call me and set up appointment to do a final measurement, and that the whole process would 6-8 weeks, So roughly the first week of May I called all weather, to see if anyone was going to do a final Measurements, Was told that John had retired, and things got messed up, I was completely fine with that, with in the next couple of days an installer contacted me for an appointment, set it up, day came, no call no show, So I thought I had the day wrong, so the following Friday I waited again for them to show up, nope So I called the following Monday and was promised that He would show up the following friday at 4pm, and at 445 I got an email saying that he would be another half hour cause of traffic, Seriously no call ? Buyer beware there is more than 1 complaint about service

Our windows are beautiful and our install team did a great job. Professional, focused but took time and were very sweet to our blind elderly dog knocking into things. Very impressed.

I called Perma Seal yesterday morning (Monday) because I had a small window repair job that needed to be done. I talked to Gord Gauvin and he said he would come by and check out the repair. I was concerned that because it was only a small job, they wouldn't do it. But, to my delight and surprise, Gord showed up about 30 minutes later, talked me through the process and said they could do the work today (Tuesday). Gord showed up to set up the scaffolding and help the repair technician get started. He came back later in the day to check on the work. The technician was friendly and pleasant, the work was excellent and Gord was such a great person to get to know. I highly recommend this company!

I am very happy with the prompt, professional service. I had my aluminium sliders cleaned as well as my eaves. The technician showed up on time, was friendly and did a great job! I would recommend this company to everyone!

I'm confused about these 1star reviews. Greg Martineau was fantastic. Excellent service, quality windows, professional workers. The best! If you're looking to have windows replaced this is the company you want. Windows are tricky to get right, Greg Martineau has not only perfected the process they've redefined it and raised the bar. I can't say enough good things about Greg Martineau. We will definitely be returning customers. Big thanks to everyone at Greg Martineau.

Great service great prices speedy service, would return if I had more windows !

Terrible customer service, product support and pricing. In stock items picked up same day as purchase can be considered as special order and therefore will not be accepted for return. Product support for louvered vent exhausts that freeze shut was to purchase and install the hooded version leaving me with an installed product that does not work in the winter. Prices for some products (gable vents, levelwall insulation) are higher buying from this location than ordering the same product into Rona or Home Depot.

I'm a very busy professional and dont have time to book an in home consultation or visit them during 8-5 business hours Monday to Friday. At first they answered my questions through email and then stopped replying after multiple attempts to get my questions answered. Very disappointing especially because most people will have lots of questions about the different options out there.
