Knight is not the first company I called to replace a broken window frame and both sealed units. The first one as slow, unprofessional and just seemed not knowing. Knight showed up and printed me a quote right then and there, Waylon knows his stuff and the install was fast and very clean. Exceptionally polite employees (employees, not sub-contractors, so their work ethic, quality of work, timeliness and attitude is very service oriented.) Some of these employees are 10+ years with Western! It clearly shows. The ladies in my home always feel very comfortable. Clean up is exceptional. You'd never know there was construction in your home. We have used Western twice in ten years - windows first, then doors. Just as satisfactory all those years later. This speaks volumes about the culture at Western. I have and will continue to highly recommended Western to my friends and colleagues.

Windows were levels and levels of quality above anyone else out there, we quoted five different companies. They cost a bit more but you get way more. Install was flawless, clean, courteous and professional. Nothing but good things to say.

Product and quality of workmanship and site clean up surpassed our expectations. We love the overall look of the basement windows inside and out. Gienow also sent us details on care of windows.

Should be no star rating for them..been working here and got into some trouble with co worker - verbal sexual harassment but no action at all.. they said theres no way for me to know what happened about my complain bec. its confidential! haha! i was the victim and yet no right to know what happened abt. the case filed! and worst, they took advantage being under probation, they terminated me! all in all, the working enviro is NOT 0 sexual harassment tolerance! unfair decision of the HR head!

I have to say the new Polar windows have been superb during the summer and winter in Calgary. My furnaces and A/C have been on a reduced working schedule! The added benefit of a vast reduction in noise levels penetrating from outside is also welcomed.

Paul and Abeela Window Fashions did an excellent job with installing my blinds and curtains. The process started out smoothly with Abeela coordinating with the Builder and going to take measurements of my windows. Subsequently, she provided the most cost effective quote when compared to other blind and curtain quotations that I had received. I moved into my place just before the lockdown in March 2020 and wanted to have my blinds in place on move-in day. Paul and Abeela Window Fashions arrived as promised on time and installed the blinds accordingly. They were very courteous and professional. They left my home in clean condition having taken all the packaging and waste from the blinds. I am very happy with the quality of the blinds, their professionalism and quality of service. I highly recommend Paul and Abeela Window Fashions.
