I called late in the evening after making 3 other calls for assistance. My garage door would not stay closed. It was coming down and then right back up. It would have been a safety/security issue if left open overnight. The gentleman who answered the phone listened to the sounds of the door over the phone and asked many questions. He was able to correctly assess and talk me through this problem so that I could close and lock the door. He went above and beyond what most people would do to help on the phone. I was very grateful for his help.

I had my front windows tinted today and the staff were amazingly friendly, informative and genuinely nice people all around! Jordan gave me a good understanding of what was going on and what options I had for the tint percentage. They used one of the best tint brands for the job and I opted for the ceramic based film at 20%.
Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

He came out right away, provided an estimate, measured up the windows and told me the approximate wait time until the job would be complete. Nisku Glass Ltd replaced a cracked window in my master bedroom. The cause of the original crack was unknown, and the replacement window cracked after a week of being installed. I contacted Nisku Glass, and they came back, no questions asked and replaced the window again, at absolutely no charge. The new window has been installed for about 9 months now, and no cracks!! I am more than happy with Nisku Glass!!
