Called Okanagan Glass on a Friday afternoon to get a windshield repair done ASAP. Ken informed me that the soonest date would be Monday/Tuesday and I had asked if there was anything sooner. To my surprise, he came back and got me an appointment for the next morning at 9am... Absolutely incredible service all the way through, from my phone call, to picking up my car, everything was done within 24 hrs... Highly recommended the professional service here.

While our vehicle was parked someone must have spun their tires when leaving the spot beside us. The vehicle was damaged which included a side window. Because the vehicle was new a replacement was not readily available. Apple managed to source one in Toronto and air freight it in two days. Outstanding service.

Terrible experience. Left the place after my 3 hr wait and while driving away my rear view mirror ended up falling off... got stopped by cops only to find the VIN nr not displaying. Had to waste another day of work to take it back in to fix the problem.

I called around and spoke to some door and window people asking for door shims. The other businesses first claimed to not know of such a thing until I told how to install them and then proceeded to tell me that nothing like that can be obtained here. I came across Odessa and asked. The girls in the front right away said yes we have those and grabbed some for me right away. This is an item that any door installer does have but for some reason does not want to admit to this knowledge. Thank you Odessa for being up front and actually helping me instead of trying to part me from my money for something that is not needed. Excellent service
