I have used Rutland glass for a windshield replacement and to make glass for two picture frames with unique sizes and they were fast, very friendly and cost effective. I will continue to give them all of my business for any glass needs I have, go check them out!!

Ono is the man. We purchased a house and all of the screens were damaged. He came over and picked up the screens on a Saturday and dropped them off after hours the next week to accommodate our working schedule. He took the time to show us how to maintain and repair our new screens.

We bought $18,000.00 worth of Gienow top of the line wood/metal clad windows with argon gas filled. Gienow says that is more like $40,000.00 now for these windows. The gas leaked out on several windows after 12 years so now all the windows that leaked are very foggy. Gienow will not stand behind their windows. The doors we purchased at the same time were awful from day 1. The front door frame shattered after 5 years. All windows and doors were installed by their authorized installer.

Terrible quality and service. If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. I bought all my doors and windows from them and it was a nightmare from the start. Now my front door is warped less than a year old and they are saying it was due to install? The hinge in the middle is clearly crooked as confirmed by the inspector Festim. Now they are saying it’s 50% warranty !?!! They refuse to respond even after spending around $20,000 with them. Wish I went with another company … DON’T BUY FROM THEM you will REGRET IT !!! General Manager Will Tait doesn’t respond to emails no wonder the staff don’t care they just follow the leader ..,

I have used Mike and his team at Lakeview glass on my last four builds. Aside from excellent value I’ve been most impressed with the fact that they stand behind their work! Every job hasn’t gone perfect, because every job doesn’t have perfectly square walls. However, these guys know what they’re doing and they know how to get it right. Bottom line: they stand behind their work and always strive for perfection. They arrive when they say they will, deliver what they said they would deliver and stick to their quoted price. What more can you ask for?
