I had an incident with a shower door exploding, the door was about 2 years old so I contacted the installation company who put me in touch with Parker Glass, (the door provider). I can not say how appreciative I am for the service provided. The installer Mike was great, friendly and went above and beyond. He could have replaced the door and left, but he found a fault in the second door, and replaced both to insure my safety. I am so impressed of above and beyond service!!

We ordered an expensive $90,000 window & door package from Ted Wouterse at Loewen for a new home construction in Vancouver. Over half the windows came with defective hardware and don't function properly. Everything was supposed to be under warranty, yet it's been six months of runaround since we moved in and they still have not come by to fix anything, despite endless promises and multiple site visits to confirm the defective hardware (apparently we're not the only ones!). Bottom line... defective products and terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.

I have been going to Pinolite Glass for all my glass needs since 1974. Why, because they know what they are doing and treat me fairly.
They are a large commercial glass firm who will do work for a small customer unlike many large firms. They will be fair and I have no fear of a cost plus repair or installation from them.
If you want the lowest cost, do not call them and waste their time. There are many small shops that do that kind of job but if you like working with professionals, then follow my advice and go with them.

We had Oakridge Windows and Doors design and custom build an oversized pivot door for our front entry in our home. Kevin’s workmanship and eye for detail is astounding! Green City Builders renovated the kitchen in our 103 year old house last year.
