I ordered some mirrors for my store in early May from this place. After I placed my order, they told me it would be about 1 week. After 2 weeks, I still heard nothing from them. I thought, "Okay, I will just call and ask for an update." I run a business and know that delays happen. When I called, they had no idea what I was talking about. My order had disappeared. Okay fine. It happens. They said they will call me back when they have the order straightened out. Another two weeks later, still nothing. I tried emailing them multiple times and calling. When I finally got hold of them, there was ZERO progress! My order still wasn't placed and they had no idea what was going on. I finally called and decided to cancel my order. They person on the phone said that he would call me back when they learned anything more or to confirm. Guess what? They never called back. I am worried that my order will magically go through one day and I will be charged. So I have sent an email to confirm that my order is cancelled, but of course there was no confirmation reply. At least I have a record in my emails of the lack of communication and my order cancellation. They have been terrible for communicating with me and can't seem to handle a simple order. Needless to say, I decided to give up and will purchase my mirrors from somewhere else. If I could, I'd give them negative 5 stars!

I used services of this shop three times so far. I have only positive experience with the stuff and I was satisfied with results of their work.

This owner Ken Greenwood is a SWINDLER. Be careful. No where on their website does it state that any type of consultation is 100 dollars. This company will not send anybody to your house unless they get their 100 dollars from you. MOREOVER, THEY WILL NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A BALL PARK FIGURE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN SEND YOU AN OUTRAGEOUS QUOTE and NEVER RESPOND BACK, I CAN’T BELIEVE I GOT RIPPED OFF FROM THIS COMPANY. UNETHICAL AND DECEIVING

Ken and his crew give fantastic service with quality products. No hesitation coming to the Gulf Islands, no overbilling, and all done with a smile. Reliable and professional people who care about their customers and take pride in their work. We have used them on a number of occasions and received excellent service each time. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done by nice people.

Great experience, talked to me about the job i wanted done, showed me some of his work so i could see it before buying. and my car needed some extra work done to get it tinted properly, and he put in the extra effort, that i know some over places wouldn't have. he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. and all at the same time his prices were the were just a bit lower then any where in town. if you're looking to get your car tinted do it here.

These guys have been in business a long time and know their stuff. They tricked out my Prelude 20 years ago when I was a teenager and they're still going strong. Recently had an issue with a troublesome LED light bar and had to take it in for warranty replacement a few times and they honored it every time... I highly recommend taking your whip here!!

Great shop, walked in to have a piece of glass cut walked out with in 5 mins with the glass cut ! Fantastic great service and really cool artistic pieces of glass all around the shop really enjoyed the experience!

The handle on my 20 year old sliding door died of old age. I phoned up for info and then took the broken part with me. It took a few minutes to find a replacement, given the years passed, but it works perfectly. Thanks to Dave the parts man.

I needed to get three screens for my condo and after calling around Rusco had the best deal I could find. The quote was easy and efficient. They came out for measurements, custom made the screens, came back to install. All very easy. Had an issue with one of the screens not fitting well and the installer asked if he could take new measurements and bring me a proper fitting screen next week! Was blown away by the customer service and can't recommend Rusco enough. I have dealt with three different employees and they have all been pleasant and costumer service orientated. Was so satisfied with their services that I am having a screen door installed by them as well.
