Visited Rustic Roots and purchases some wine and jam after tasting. Went home and found one of the jams we bought had mold in it....we think some other customers might have opened it and put it back. e-mail Rustic Roots with a picture of the jam and they were excellent with it. Quick responses, very apologetic and mailed me 2 new jars with a hand written note. Thank you!

The Similkameen won't stay a 'best kept secret' for long, and that has a lot to do with Clos. Their facility is great, the knowledge that goes into their wine, exhaustive. The terroir is truly unique, and is a must for visitors of the Okanagan.
