Great wine and fantastic service.

This is a beautiful place to visit, on the side of a hill surrounded by grape vines and Redwood trees. Tastings are in the front yard under a tree on a board between 2 barrels. The sign said reservations required, but we asked nicely and they let us. If it's busy, they'll probably say no as that wouldn't be fair to the people who made a reservation. The wine was also quite delicious. Particular favorites were the Pino and the chardonnay (and I don't care for chardonnay).

This is so beautiful. The drive up is so pleasant and is filled with breath taking views of forest and little critters. This is a very easy location to find, lots of signs! Cell phone service with Verizon does work up there and they do have WiFi. The winery is so cozy! Inside is filled with comfortable seating with tables. The outback patio deck sits on top of a hill overlooking the grape vines with cute tables and shade. You can either bring your own snacks or buy some snacks that they have example: Cheese and meats platter, veggie trays, chips, etc. The pricing for a tasting is a little high however if you purchase a bottle they do wave the tasting, which if you are driving all the way up you might as well for remember the great adventure! The wine selection is mostly red, however the whites they do have are smooth, fruity, subtle and not crisp or carbonated. If you are new to wine tasting or a wine expert, you will enjoy everything they have to offer. My suggestion is buy a bottle to store away for a memory and one to enjoy overlooking the grape vines while snacking on some cheese, crackers, and some salamis. Great for picnics and they allow you to take pictures anywhere for the most part. Also, the staff is great, friendly, and very humorous.

Stepping inside this charming wine shop in Warwick Avenue, aptly called The Winery is like experiencing a time warp. Using the same shelves to house their wine as it did when it was a pharmacy over a hundred years ago, this place stocks some of the most niche wines money can buy (starting from £9), not to mention playing host to free monthly tastings which go down a storm. We recommend signing up to the mailing list as the events are only publicised one to two days before to avoid over-crowding. From 5pm you’ll get to try and talk about seven new wines and expand your oenology horizons. Never seen an advertised event on our street

Will definitely be returning here to explore their wine selection. As for the food, we were very impressed at the standard as we assumed their forte would be their beverages. It would be a perfect place to take people for a special occasion or a date.
