I took all of those advisements and went on in and was absolutely amazed at the level of service. Not only was their quote less than half of every other garage that I had been to but they took me home and then 5 hours later delivered my truck to my door and like with a pizza delivery brought an invoice, my F350 and a portable tap machine to my door and asked if I would like to test drive it BEFORE I paid the bill. I have never even heard of this level of service EVER. NOT EVEN FROM THE LOCAL FORD DEALER WHO WASNT EVEN INTERESTED IN FIXING MY TRUCK AFTER THE WARRANTY WAS UP. They just told me that I should buy a new truck and offered me peanuts for my 3.8 year old F350 DUALLY DIESEL. And when I say peanuts I mean less than 4 grand on trade in value. That’s how much they valued my 84.3 thousand dollar sale from 3.8 years ago. So Dale thanks very much for taking the time to take care of my truck, and Shawn thank you for making me feel welcome the day I came in to ask the questions. You both should be proud of your little operation there on the corner that everyone drives by but never goes into. To all you folks who don’t take the time to stop in? You are missing out on probably the best all round and well rounded and friendly and fast paced honest garages in the entire county of Simcoe. Kudos and hats off to you guys. I’ll be back soon. Great customer service and very friendly. I had an issue with my flex link, brought the car in around 3:30 and they were able to identify the issue and fix it by 4:30. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends.

Called in and asked for some tires and this disgruntled older man stated he had 2 sets of tires , but he doesn't know the brand and sounded really annoyed, apparently I am not the only one. You lost a customer for sure here...Must have woke him up, cause he sure didn't sound happy. No referrals going here

Honest, timely, and kind service. I had a broken door latch and within 20 minutes of showing it to Peter, he had it fully diagnosed. A new latch would have been expensive, but Peter was generous enough to help source a local used one. Within an hour my door was fixed and my car was back on the road. Thank you!

No one likes to call after hours weekend mobile roadside assistance ever, however when you do this is the number to call. One call and someone answered the phone live, they were here within 45 minutes and we were rolling within a half an hour after that. Thank you!
