I own a beaten up, '85 F-150 pickup truck. It looks like hell, but runs like an Olympic track star. Over the years I've had many mechanics, but along with John Miller of Campbell, no mechanics have treated my truck with as much love and care as the folks at AllMotive. They are honest, fast and will gift you with all the greasy parts, along with explanations - if you want. Or, they will merely take care of your buggy and cater to your desire to feel safe and strong on four wheels. Fantastic place.

Tony at FFR Fabrication & Repair is a honest and talented automotive repair facility in San Jose. Tony is currently building me a one-off, custom frame for my hot rod pickup and the results are great. I recommend Tony to anyone I know, for anything from basic automotive maintenance to off-the-wall custom fabrication.

Great shop for anything suspension or brake related. Doug the owner has gone out of his way to help me a few times.

Took my Jeep in for a track bar repair. Husband ended up bringing his Jeep in the same day because his rear end kept locking up. They diagnosed it as bad brakes in the rear and we replaced those. Recommended we replace the master cylinder knowing we had just spent almost 600 getting the brakes done. Now a week later there's magically a horrible vibration at 45 mph when BRAKING!!!!! so bad we have almost crashed due to it. Called them to ask what the f and got told to bring it back in..... I'm sorry but they won't be touching either of my car's again..... After consulting with another mechanic it has been determined the job was done wrong and the rear end tampered with..... the ONLY shop that had touched his jeep until the most recent was 4x4 and more..... Highly disappointed in the service we got not only do I feel they made more problems to get more business but they did so and it nearly costed my husband his life.... AVOID!!!!

We were on vacation. My clutch slave cylinder went out. I crippled it to Auto-Motives at 7:30AM. They gave us a ride back to our campsite ( 5 miles ) away. I called them at 9:30AM to see what was going on. They said it was fixed and they were on their way to pick me up. Very nice and professional staff and service. I will recommend them to anyone. Poor customer service, the guy at the front desk brushed me off like he had something better to. Maybe if you can afford to throw away a couple grand its decent. You may not see your car back in a week or two.
